Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Manufacturing HR Coordinator in Saint Joseph, MI to join a stable automotive environment with zero weekend work. You will provide HR generalist support on attendance, onboarding, payroll data entry, and leave administration for a long-tenured production team.

You will collaborate with an energetic HR Manager, gain diverse HR exposure, and help drive improvements across engagement, recognition, and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing HR is a plus.
• Experience recruiting for general labor positions is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Experience with payroll, attendance, and timekeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hourly personnel and production leaders on attendance, policies, performance and inquiries.
• Partner with HR Manager and staffing agencies to recruit for hourly manufacturing roles and facilitate onboarding.
• Enter data into payroll and HRIS systems; support timekeeping and filing processes.
