Daily duties include onboarding, payroll data entry, HRIS maintenance, compliance tasks, and driving employee engagement while balancing operations with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post education is highly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar human resources role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Daily staff and leadership support on attendance, policies, performance and inquiries.
• Recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles and onboarding new hires.
• HRIS data entry, payroll support and accurate employee records management.
• Compliance audits, labor law adherence, and training tracking (FMLA, leaves, workers’ comp).
• Culture, engagement activities, and coordination with vendors and programs.
