Job summary

You will manage attendance, onboarding, payroll data entry, and compliance while coordinating with the HR Manager to enhance engagement and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma; post-secondary education preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions; familiarity with payroll/benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily staff and leadership support for attendance, policies, performance, and inquiries.
• Recruiting and onboarding for hourly manufacturing positions; coordinate with staffing agencies.
• HRIS, payroll data entry and recordkeeping; support timekeeping processes.
• Assist with compliance audits, labor laws, trainings, and leaves (FMLA, workers’ comp).
• Drive culture and engagement activities and oversee operational tasks like benefits programs.
