Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Saint Joseph, MI seeks a Manufacturing HR Coordinator to support hourly production staff with onboarding, attendance, policies, and employee relations.

You will work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting, onboarding, HRIS/payroll data entry, compliance, and leave administration, while driving engagement and wellness initiatives. Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post education is highly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar human resources role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Daily Staff & Leadership Support: serve as the primary contact for hourly personnel and production leaders on attendance, policies, performance, and inquiries.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: partner with HR Manager and staffing agencies to recruit hourly manufacturing positions and manage onboarding/orientation.
• HRIS, Payroll & Data Entry: enter payroll and HRIS data, support timekeeping/payroll processes, maintain employee records.
• Compliance & Leave Administration: assist with audits, ensure adherence to labor laws, manage training, and assist with FMLA and Workers’ Compensation.
• Culture, Engagement & Operations: lead recognition and wellness programs, manage the uniform program and vendor relationships, and plan team events.
