SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing HR Coordinator in the Saint Joseph, MI area. The role supports hourly staff and production leaders, handles onboarding, HRIS data entry, payroll support, and compliance tasks in a fast-paced plant.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to drive HR initiatives, engagement programs and a smooth employee lifecycle, with no weekend work and standard weekday hours.

Formación

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post-education is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience supporting HR in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background with recruiting experience for general labor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Daily staff and leadership support for attendance, policies, performance, and inquiries.
• Recruiting and onboarding for hourly manufacturing positions; onboarding/orientation.
• HRIS and payroll data entry; support timekeeping/payroll processes and records.
• Compliance audits; leaves administration (FMLA, leaves, Workers’ Comp).
• Culture, engagement and operations including recognition and vendor management.
