Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing HR Coordinator in Saint Joseph, MI to support a fast-paced automotive plant. You’ll be the primary HR contact for hourly personnel and production leaders, handling attendance, onboarding, recruitment, payroll data entry, and compliance in a generalist role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary education preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Daily Staff & Leadership Support: serve as the primary contact for hourly personnel and production leaders on attendance, policies, performance, and general inquiries.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: partner with HR Manager and agencies to recruit for hourly manufacturing positions, complete new-hire paperwork, and onboarding/orientation.
• HRIS, Payroll & Data Entry: handle data entry into payroll and HRIS, support timekeeping/payroll processes, filing, and maintain employee records.
• Compliance & Leave Administration: assist with audits, labor-law adherence, training, and administer FMLA, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation.
• Culture, Engagement & Operations: lead recognition, wellness programs, and event planning, oversee uniform program and vendor tasks.
