Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary education preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ADP systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily staff and leadership support for attendance, policies, performance, and inquiries.
• Recruiting and onboarding for hourly manufacturing positions with third-party agencies.
• HRIS, payroll and data entry; maintain employee records and timekeeping.
• Support compliance audits; assist with FMLA, leaves, and workers’ comp.
• Lead recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and event planning.
• Oversee uniform programs and vendor relations.
