Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to own Barracuda production processes as the Arsenal-1 ramp accelerates to high-rate manufacturing. You will manage the full lifecycle of build packages, from work instructions to RCCA implementation, while driving line optimization and yield improvements on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires troubleshooting electromechanical integration issues in real time, leading RCCA closures, and translating data into tangible process gains.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace/defense/complex hardware production.
• Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Experience with GD&T, DFM, MBOMs, and MES/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing processes and sub-assemblies for Barracuda products.
• Maintain production documentation: work instructions, MBOMs, tooling specs.
• Drive line optimization using takt times and throughput data.
• Lead RCCA and 5-Why to resolve floor issues and verify improvements.
• Ensure traceability and production reporting via MES configuration.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in assembly best practices.
