Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to drive enterprise-wide Barracuda manufacturing strategy at Arsenal-1, developing high-rate production lines and scalable processes for autonomous air vehicles.

You will transfer technology from HQ, design line layouts and MES systems, and establish RCCA and scaling playbooks to achieve rapid ramp and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in electromechanical hardware manufacturing with leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with high-rate production and tech transfer.
• Deep expertise in complex electromechanical integration at scale.

Responsabilités

• Architect and lead Barracuda production technology transfer from HQ to Arsenal-1.
• Design production line layouts, process flow, MES architecture and quality systems.
• Establish RCCA, yield programs, takt time, and scaling playbooks.
• Lead line optimization to improve throughput, cost, and quality.
• Define MES strategy, data models, and integration with quality and supply chain.
• Develop manufacturing roadmaps and adopt new tech with measurable impact.
• Manage multi-million dollar capital programs across the portfolio.
• Represent manufacturing capabilities to customers and partners.
