Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to lead Barracuda manufacturing at Arsenal-1 in Ashville, OH, guiding high-rate electromechanical production and technology transfer from Anduril HQ to a new facility.

You will design production lines, establish RCCA, MES, and yield frameworks, oversee multi-million dollar programs, mentor engineers, and work toward cost reduction while maintaining security clearances; relocation to Costa Mesa, CA for training is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in manufacturing of electromechanical hardware.

Responsabilités

• Drive enterprise-wide manufacturing strategy for Barracuda at Arsenal-1.
• Architect and lead technology transfer of Barracuda production from HQ to Arsenal-1 — design line layout, process flow, MES architecture, and quality systems.
• Establish RCCA systems, yield management programs, takt time structures, line balancing methodologies, and scaling playbooks.
• Lead line optimization initiatives to improve throughput, cost, and quality across the Barracuda program.
• Define and own the MES strategy for Barracuda production at Arsenal-1.
• Pioneer novel manufacturing approaches for complex electromechanical integration at scale; develop methods with potential for patents.
• Direct multi-million dollar capital projects across the program lifecycle.
• Develop manufacturing technology roadmaps and adoption strategies with measurable impact.
• Establish manufacturing excellence models balancing efficiency, quality, and flexibility; lead cost-reduction programs.
• Represent manufacturing capabilities to customers and partners; build strategic supplier relationships.
• Translate business strategies into manufacturing capability requirements and cost models.
