Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to lead Barracuda production at Arsenal-1 in Ohio, with an initial training period in Costa Mesa, CA.

You will architect production lines, implement RCCA and MES frameworks, and drive end-to-end technology transfer to achieve high-rate output while balancing cost and quality. This role requires relocation and offers multi-year career growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in manufacturing of electromechanical hardware with leadership.
• Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Deep expertise in electromechanical integration at production scale.
• Track record of technology transfer and line standup.
• Familiarity with RCCA, MES, yield and line optimization.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing strategy for Barracuda at Arsenal-1 to meet ramp targets.
• Lead technology transfer from HQ to Arsenal-1 including line design.
• Establish RCCA, yield programs, takt time, and scaling playbooks.
• Lead line optimization to improve throughput, cost, and quality.
• Define MES strategy, data models, and integration with quality/supply chain.
• Own capital programs and multi-project portfolios.
• Develop manufacturing roadmaps and adopt new technologies.
