Job summary

Anduril Industries, a leader in autonomous defense technology, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II to own production processes for Barracuda product lines as they scale to high-rate manufacturing at Arsenal-1 in Ohio. You will manage build packages, instructive documentation, and MES configuration while driving line optimization and defect reduction.

Relocation to Costa Mesa, CA for up to 2 months of training is required; housing and transportation are provided during the stay. A U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or complex hardware production environments.
• Degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with complex electromechanical integration and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of your area's build package — work instructions, MBOMs, process specs, and MES configuration.
• Drive line optimization and yield improvement on the floor.
• Troubleshoot complex electromechanical integration issues and lead RCCA from identification to closure.
• Monitor first-pass yield, defect rates, and implement process improvements.
