Anduril Industries in Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to own end-to-end production processes for Barracuda, from prototype through full-rate manufacturing at Arsenal-1. You will manage work instructions, MBOMs, process specs, RCCA, and MES configuration while improving yield on the floor.

Relocation to Costa Mesa, CA for up to 2 months of training is required; housing and transportation are provided.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering in aerospace/defense or complex hardware.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with MES/ERP systems and manufacturing docs.

Aufgaben

• Own manufacturing processes and sub-assemblies for Barracuda as production ramps.
• Manage build package lifecycle: work instructions, MBOMs, process specs, MES config.
• Drive line optimization, analyze takt times, cycle times and throughput.
• Lead RCCA through identification to implementation and verify improvements.
• Provide DFM input in design reviews and collaborate with QA for process controls.
