• Lead technology transfer from HQ to Arsenal-1 with line design and MES setup.
• Establish RCCA, yield, takt time, and scaling playbooks as standards.
• Oversee line optimization to boost throughput, cost, and quality.
• Define MES architecture and data models for manufacturing.
• Develop manufacturing technology roadmaps with business impact.
