Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to drive the enterprise-wide manufacturing strategy for Barracuda at Arsenal-1 in Ohio, architecting high-rate production lines and leading technology transfer from HQ to the new facility.

Role requires relocation to Costa Mesa, CA for up to 2 months of training; housing and transport are provided. The position offers multi-million dollar project leadership, strong engineering growth, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in electromechanical hardware manufacturing with leadership.
• Degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
• Expertise in electromechanical integration at production scale.
• Experience in technology transfer and line ramp-up.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Drive the enterprise-wide manufacturing strategy for Barracuda at Arsenal-1.
• Architect and lead technology transfer from HQ to Arsenal-1 production lines.
• Define MES strategy and data models for Barracuda production.
• Develop manufacturing process frameworks: RCCA, yield, takt time, scaling.
• Lead capital projects with multi-million dollar portfolios.
