You will grow sales across a defined geography, using Grainger's CRM (Salesforce) to manage 30-35 current accounts and $2–$3.5M in annual revenue. Expect monthly travel to customer sites and close collaboration with the District Sales Manager. Responsibilities include understanding customer goals, providing value-based solutions, and developing account penetration strategies to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of direct outside sales experience.
• Ability to forecast sales and manage opportunities.
• Willingness to travel monthly to customers in the market.
• Strong planning and pipeline development skills.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and respond to changing needs.
• Leverage market data to respond to developments in the customer's business.
