You will travel to customers at least monthly, build relationships, and execute penetration strategies to expand the customer base while meeting performance objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
• Travel to each customer within aligned market at least monthly.
• Strong planning and pipeline development to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and respond to changing needs.
• Demonstrate market data knowledge and access resources to respond to developments.
• Oversee managed inventory tasks to understand customers and drive sales.
• Articulate Grainger's Value Proposition to grow profitable sales.
• Develop account penetration strategies including regular business reviews.
