Job summary

TK Elevator in Manhattan, NY seeks a Territory Manager to oversee account management, maintenance supervision, and program administration for elevator units in the Manhattan market. You will serve as the central customer contact and day-to-day manager of field crews in the area.

You will lead field operations, drive uptime, manage spare parts, propose repair actions, and coordinate with service operations and other departments to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years field management experience or outside sales in elevator industry preferred.
• Ability to manage field crews with daily maintenance, including on-call coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage account management and service operations for designated customers and P&L.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve service KPIs, act as technical consultant.
• Lead field operations for service/maintenance projects to meet uptime targets.
• Perform safety audits, site inspections, and logistics planning.
• Coordinate with offices and departments to meet customer requirements.
