Unitec, part of American Elevator Group, seeks an experienced Account Manager for NYC to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will identify opportunities, promote elevator services, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

You will act as a trusted advisor on elevator solutions, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver projects successfully.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales or account management within the elevator industry or a closely related field.
• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and ensure their requirements are met.
• Assess elevator needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and requests from customers.
• Identify leads, conduct outreach, and secure new elevator service and modernization contracts.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and market share.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts outlining benefits and features of products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
