Job summary

HungryPanda Ltd 熊猫外卖 is seeking a results-driven Merchant Acquisition professional in the United States to expand our restaurant network, negotiate contracts, and drive orders and GMV.

You will visit merchants, coordinate with Marketing and Delivery Ops, maintain strong relationships, and ensure solutions meet client needs. Fluency in Mandarin is required; Cantonese is a plus; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and marketing management.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• High market-sense and data sensitivity.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to negotiate with restaurants.
• Fluent in Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Driver license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire merchants and assist them in achieving higher orders and GMV.
• Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with merchants.
• Maintain relationships with merchants and resolve stakeholders' issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Liaise with Marketing and Delivery Operation to boost GMV.
• Maintain backstage settings for each merchant.
• Conduct merchant visits and manage materials.
