Job summary

Everstory Partners in Huntingdon Valley, PA seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product decisions with compassion. You’ll build a robust sales pipeline via inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach, while meeting monthly targets and earning commissions.

You’ll use HubSpot for lead tracking, follow-ups, and documentation, and may participate in community events and partnerships with local funeral homes. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot/Salesforce/Dynamics preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, prospecting, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required sales contracts.
