Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in the Philadelphia area to help families choose funeral and cemetery services with compassionate guidance. You will build a client pipeline, respond to inquiries, and manage leads using HubSpot CRM.

The role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, with paid training during the first six weeks. Qualifications include a High School Diploma and strong sales and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One year of sales or related experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce/Dynamics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and provide consultative guidance on funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build a sales pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, proactive prospecting, networking, and community outreach.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage follow-up activity and sales opportunities through HubSpot CRM.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately; guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
