Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product choices. You will build a sales pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach, while managing activities in HubSpot CRM.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship-building, and community engagement, with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate and paid training during the first 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual/milingual proficiency preferred (Spanish, Chinese, etc.).
• 1 year of sales experience or related roles preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and propose funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Manage leads and activities in HubSpot CRM and coordinate with teams.
• Attend services and participate in community events to develop relationships.
