Everstory Partners in New Jersey seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families in funeral and cemetery product choices with empathy. Build relationships, manage leads, and close sales through consultative guidance. Training is provided while commissions reward performance.

The role involves meeting families, prospecting, and coordinating with local partners. You will use HubSpot for CRM and travel locally to serve communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales (B2C or outside sales) preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven sales environment.
• Bilingual/multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess their needs and guide product options.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related products.
• Build a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Manage follow-up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Document sales contracts and use HubSpot to track activities.
