Everstory Partners in Sinking Spring, PA seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions. You will build a pipeline from inbound and outbound leads, manage CRM activity, and earn commissions based on sales performance.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Paid training is provided; bilingual abilities are a plus and compensation targets begin around a first-year earnings of $50k plus uncapped

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual/multilingual proficiency a plus.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce/MS Dynamics) preferred.
• Commission-based, performance-driven sales environment.
• Strong sales communication, relationship-building, negotiation, consultative selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with email and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement.
• Must obtain/state-required licenses within required timeframes.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-ins; conduct follow-ups.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
• Explain products, pricing and options clearly; guide purchasing decisions.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales activities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.
• Partner with funeral home, cemetery, operations, and location leadership for positive experiences.
