Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-ins; follow up with prospects.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and the local community.
• Explain products, pricing, options clearly and compassionately.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
• Use HubSpot to track leads and activity throughout the sales process.
• Attend services to support families; participate in events and offsite appointments.
