This role blends consultative B2C sales, lead generation, community outreach, and ongoing follow-up using HubSpot CRM. A high school diploma is required, bilingual skills are a plus, and you should be able to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales or related relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
• Work in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for local appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and advise on funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and facilitate follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
• Track leads and activities in HubSpot CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.
• Engage with the local community through events and networking.
