Charter Communications is seeking an Account Executive to connect SMBs with essential communications solutions, including Internet, video and voice. You will expand the Spectrum Business customer base within a dedicated territory and drive growth through strategic planning and proactive prospecting.

Bring 3+ years of outside B2B sales, a hunter mindset, and a track record of hitting targets. Role involves in-office and outdoor work, with a comprehensive pay and benefits package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and cultivate sales leads from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Drive new customer acquisition by promoting bundled services (Internet, video, voice) in the territory.
• Implement and execute a Territory Plan under Sales Manager guidance to grow the customer base.
• Use order management software to process sales orders and coordinate with Account Coordinators.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce and other tools.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and strong selling skills; continually improve techniques.
• Attend sales meetings and meet or exceed performance standards.
