Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to connect small and medium-sized businesses with essential communications solutions, including Internet, video and voice. You will expand Spectrum’s customer base within a dedicated territory, delivering services that help local organizations thrive.

You’ll generate and cultivate leads, close deals, implement a Territory Plan, use Salesforce, and maintain accurate records while demonstrating strong product knowledge and meeting performance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Mandarin.

Aufgaben

• Generate and cultivate sales leads from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Drive new customer acquisition by promoting bundled services (Internet, video & voice) in your territory.
• Implement and execute a Territory Plan to expand Spectrum Business’ customer base.
• Utilize order management software to process sales orders and work with Account Coordinators on admin needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce and other tools.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and strong selling skills; continuously learn and apply new techniques.
• Attend sales meetings and consistently meet or exceed performance standards as defined by Spectrum’s Sales Model.
