Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to grow small business sales in the field. You will identify opportunities, present Spectrum solutions, and guide customers from first contact to final sale.

Responsibilities include territory prospecting, consultative analysis, product cross-sell, and maintaining records. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom/tech industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
