Job summary

Toast seeks a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence within Asian Cuisine restaurants. This bilingual Mandarin/English field sales role is based from a home office and requires living locally to Chicago, IL, or Dallas, TX, or willingness to relocate to the area.

You’ll drive new customer growth through calls, demos, and closing contracts in the customer’s preferred language, with Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking clients and English for Toast teammates.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin is required.
• Prior Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An entrepreneurial and feedback driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Following up on marketing qualified leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure onboarding and customers are set up for success after the sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast.
