Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a Rand Worldwide division, seeks a Manager, Strategic Solution Specialists to lead a team driving Bluebeam, GoCanvas and SiteDocs solutions in the United States. You will oversee revenue growth, partner relations, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate sales and adoption of construction technology.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and a track record in quota attainment across B2B software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of B2B software, SaaS, construction technology, or solutions sales experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading revenue-generating teams.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Solution Specialists.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and future portfolios.
• Own team performance against revenue, gross profit, pipeline, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to accelerate sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Services, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and co-selling initiatives.
