Job summary
IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, seeks a Manager, Strategic Solution Specialists to lead a team focused on Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and related construction tech solutions. You will manage revenue growth, partner coordination, and cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success.
The role requires 7+ years in B2B software or solutions sales with leadership experience; remote work is supported in the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of B2B software, SaaS, construction technology, or solutions sales experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading revenue-generating teams.
- Strong coaching and performance management skills.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Solution Specialists.
- Develop growth strategies for Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and future portfolios.
- Forecast pipeline, revenue, and resource requirements; align with partner priorities.
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, and new customer acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to accelerate sales cycles.
- Partner with Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and other vendors; manage key relationships.
