Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies seeks a high-impact Manager, Strategic Solution Specialists to lead a team driving growth for Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and related construction tech solutions. You will own revenue objectives, manage partners, and align sales strategy with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.

The role requires strategic leadership, executive engagement, and a proven track record in B2B software sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of B2B software, SaaS, construction technology, or solutions sales experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading revenue-generating teams.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Solution Specialists.
• Develop growth strategies for Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs and future portfolios.
• Own team revenue, gross profit, pipeline, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to accelerate sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and co-selling initiatives.
• Define and execute solution-specific plays and campaigns.
• Provide market insights and enablement across the organization.
