Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, seeks a high-impact Manager, Strategic Solution Specialists to lead a team responsible for driving growth of Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and related construction technology solutions.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, manage revenue objectives, partner with Bluebeam and other vendors, and collaborate with sales and operations to accelerate pipeline and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equal experience.
• 7+ years of B2B software, SaaS, construction technology, or solutions sales experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading revenue-generating teams.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Solution Specialists.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and future portfolios.
• Forecast pipeline, revenue, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
• Drive cross-sell, upsell, and partner-co-selling initiatives.
