Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, seeks a high-impact Manager, Strategic Solution Specialists to lead and develop a team responsible for driving growth of Bluebeam, GoCanvas, SiteDocs, and related construction technology solutions from a remote US base. This role combines leadership, revenue accountability, and partner management.

You will coach, recruit, and retain top talent; forecast pipeline and revenue; collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate sales cycles; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of B2B software, SaaS, construction technology, or solutions sales experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading revenue-generating teams.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Solution Specialists.
• Forecast pipeline, revenue, and resource requirements.
• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to accelerate sales cycles.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales methodologies and CRM best practices.
• Assist with executive customer engagements and account planning.
• Drive cross-sell, upsell, and new customer acquisition initiatives.
