Job summary

ModMed is hiring a Manager, Project Management to lead a team of Project Managers overseeing the implementation of ModMed’s suite of products. This role manages daily operations, ensures KPIs, fields escalations, and collaborates across CS and other departments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years leading PMs, 3–5 years in Project Management, PMP preferred, and healthcare background a plus. We offer a competitive benefits package and hybrid/remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred: Field of Study: Business, Healthcare.
• 1-3 years leading a team of project managers.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or similar/related fields.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Healthcare background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Project Management team (30%).
• Drive KPI achievement and process improvements across PM staff.
• Provide regular status reports and stakeholder readouts.
• Maintain quality standards and CSAT management practices.
• Collaborate on capacity planning and budget with leadership.
