ModMed, a leading healthcare software company, seeks a Manager, Project Management to guide a team of project managers implementing ModMed's software suite. You will oversee daily operations, drive KPI attainment, and lead cross-functional collaboration across CS and other departments to scale implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of PM leadership, PMP preferred, and a healthcare background. This remote US role offers a fast-growing environment with strong emphasis on process

Formación

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business or Healthcare.
• 1-3 years leading a team of project managers.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or similar fields.
• PMP strongly preferred; healthcare background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the PM team and 1:1s, reviews, escalations.
• Drive KPI attainment, CSAT focus, and process improvements.
• Prepare regular portfolio readouts for stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale implementations and staffing.
• Coach PMs and manage budget and capacity planning.
