You’ll partner with product, UX/UI, and security to translate requirements into robust technical solutions while driving engineering excellence, mentoring staff, and guiding career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
- Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable healthcare software.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and stakeholders to translate requirements into tech specs.
- Drive technical excellence, coding standards, architecture, and security guidelines.
- Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of engineering talent.
- Contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmap.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and impediments.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
