Zusammenfassung

ModMed in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare implementations from initiation to go-live. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and align executive stakeholders to deliver value and a smooth onboarding.

You bring 5–10+ years in SaaS/enterprise services, PMP and Agile/Hybrid delivery, and familiarity with HIPAA and clinical workflows. This hybrid role offers collaboration with a supportive team and opportunities to advance healthtech

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
5–10+ years in SaaS/enterprise project management.
PMP certification and Agile/Hybrid delivery preferred.
Healthcare regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, MIPS/MACRA) valued.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.
Experience with enterprise PM tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce.

Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from init to go-live.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and client executive governance.
Manage risks, scope, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Training to resolve bottlenecks.
