Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Manager, Project Management, to lead a team responsible for the implementation of ModMed's product suite. You will supervise daily operations, ensure KPI attainment, handle escalations, and contribute to process improvements across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes regular stakeholder communication, portfolio reviews, and driving CSAT through quality management and coaching of project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business/Healthcare.
• 1-3 years leading a team of project managers.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or related fields.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Healthcare background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Project Management team and 1:1s; manage portfolio reviews and escalations.
• Drive process improvements and KPI initiatives (CSAT, activation time).
• Develop and implement scalable implementation methodologies.
• Provide regular status readouts to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coach PMs and address CSAT issues and recurring problems.
