ModMed is hiring a Manager, Project Management to lead a team of Project Managers overseeing the implementation of ModMed's suite of products. This role manages regular operations, ensures achievement of KPIs and success metrics, fields escalations, contributes to process improvements, collaborates cross-functionally in and out of CS, and more.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years leading a team of project managers, 3-5 years in project management, and PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Healthcare.
• 1-3 years leading a team of project managers.
• 3-5 years in Project Management or related fields.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare background preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of the Project Management team, including staff 1:1s and reviews.
• Drive process improvements and KPI achievement (CSAT, activation timelines).
• Provide regular status readouts to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure quality standards and CSAT-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with senior resources on capacity and budget planning.
