Responsibilities include managing complex workstreams, data migrations, and clinical workflow training while ensuring project profitability and stakeholder alignment across silos.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of project management experience in SaaS or Enterprise Professional Services.
• Healthcare IT knowledge (EHR/PM/RCM) and regulatory awareness valued.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder diplomacy required.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle leadership from initiation to go-live and handoff.
• Coordinate large-scale implementations, data migration, and training.
• Drive governance with client executives to align KPIs and outcomes.
