Modernizing Medicine, Inc (ModMed) is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare software implementations. You will steer cross-functional teams, coordinate with client executives, and ensure Go-Live success with precise deployment and value delivery.

The role demands 5–10+ years in SaaS project management, healthcare domain knowledge (HIPAA, MIPS/MACRA), PMP preferred, and proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, and Cloud Coach.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of project management experience with emphasis on SaaS implementation or Enterprise Professional Services.
• Healthcare IT knowledge including EHR, PM, RCM is a significant plus; familiarity with HIPAA, MIPS/MACRA valued.
• Diplomatic, cross-functional influencer with excellent communication and governance skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end enterprise-level implementations from initiation to go-live and handoff to support.
• Coordinate large-scale workstreams: data conversion, integrations, clinical workflow training.
• Establish and drive project governance with client C-suite and define KPIs and success criteria.
