Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Manager, ECommerce Merchandising to lead the team responsible for PIM governance, promotions, and pricing accuracy across the website and mobile app in multiple markets.

You will manage a team of eCommerce Marketing Specialists and a Video Specialist, partner with Web Content, Creative, CRM, IT, and Retail Marketing, and drive launch-ready product, brand, and store openings with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, product information management, or promotional pricing, including 2+ years leading or supervising people.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team, manage performance, and build a collaborative team culture.
• Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms and promotional pricing workflows; familiarity with Magento, AEM, and OPPS.
• Strong project and workflow management skills with the ability to prioritize across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own product information management (PIM) governance for the Trulieve website and mobile app, ensuring descriptions, imagery, attributes, and categorization are accurate and compliant.
• Direct promotional execution by ensuring offers, discounts, and rewards promotions are built, activated, and ended on schedule.
• Oversee pricing management and accuracy across states and stores; partner with Pricing, IT, Retail, and Marketing to resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Set audit standards and quality checks for product, price, and promo accuracy; track issues and report trends and risks.
• Prioritize video and animation support for product, promotional, and launch content in partnership with Creative and Content teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of eCommerce Marketing Specialists, a Senior Specialist, and a Video Specialist.
