Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform to own datasets, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows used by leadership and producers. You will design and maintain data infrastructure, produce dashboards and models for executive decision making, and identify where AI-enabled solutions can replace repetitive work.

You will operate as both a builder and a partner, coordinating with Research, Sales Enablement, and IPS across sectors to deliver

Qualifications

• Familiarity with predictive modeling, geospatial analysis (PostGIS, ESRI) or econometric methods.
• Ability to translate quantitative work into narratives for senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, data analytics or related field.
• 7+ years in data science, analytics or applied analytics; CRE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own data infrastructure and analytical output for the National Industrial platform.
• Design, build and maintain core datasets supporting Investor/Occupier development and executive decisions.
• Build self-service dashboards and adapt visuals for different pursuits and steering committees.
• Identify repetitive tasks and design AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scale.
