Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform to own datasets, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that platform leadership and producers rely on. You will design and maintain the data infrastructure, build dashboards and models leadership relies on, and identify AI-enabled automation to replace repetitive work.

This role requires collaboration across Investor and Occupier teams, Research, and technology groups, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering or applied analytics, with increasing scope.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong SQL and Python (or R).
• Fluency with modern data platforms and BI/visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure and analytical output powering the National Industrial platform.
• Design, build, and maintain core datasets supporting Investor and Occupier business development and executive decision making.
• Evaluate new tools, define system requirements, and recommend enhancements to analytics tools.
• Establish data input protocols to ensure reporting, pipeline visibility, and deal tracking accuracy.
• Build self-service dashboards used across pursuits and leadership, and tailor them to requests.
• Translate analytical output into presentation-ready deliverables for internal and client-facing use.
• Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities and design pipelines to reduce repetitive work.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Investor, Occupier, Research, and Technology teams.
