Job summary
JLL is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform to own datasets, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows used by leadership and producers. You will design and maintain the data infrastructure and build models that inform executive decisions.
In this role you will deliver self-service reporting, evaluate new analytics tools, and coordinate AI-assisted automation across Investor and Occupier initiatives, partnering with Research, IPS account teams, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering, or applied analytics; CRE industry preferred.
- Advanced Excel with strong SQL and Python (or R); fluency with data platforms and BI tools.
Responsibilities
- Own data infrastructure and analytical output powering the National Industrial platform.
- Design, build, and maintain core datasets supporting Investor and Occupier business development and executive decisions.
- Build self-service dashboards and customize visuals for requests and steering committee needs.
- Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scale analytics.
