Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform to own datasets, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that support leadership and producers. You will design and maintain the data infrastructure, produce dashboards, and identify AI-driven improvements across Investor and Occupier development, research, and sales enablement.

The role collaborates across Research, IPS, and JLLT, translating complex data into actionable insights for executive decision

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or related field.
Seven+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering or applied analytics with increasing scope.
Advanced Excel skills including SQL and Python.
Fluency with modern data platforms and BI/visualization tools.
Experience with finance and investment analysis in CRE.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the data infrastructure and analytical output for the National Industrial platform.
Design, build, and maintain core datasets supporting Investor/Occupier business development and executive decision making.
Conduct analysis to inform build/buy/change decisions on analytical tools and platforms.
Evaluate new tools, define requirements, and recommend enhancements.
Build self-service dashboards used across pursuits and leadership decision making.
Translate analytical output into presentation-ready deliverables for internal and client use.
Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
