JLL is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform. You will own datasets, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that drive leadership and producers.

The role sits at the intersection of Investor and Occupier business development, Research, Sales Enablement, and JLLT. You will design and maintain data infrastructure, build dashboards, and identify AI-driven solutions to replace repetitive tasks while partnering with cross-functional teams across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Seven+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering or applied analytics with increasing scope. Commercial real estate experience with exposure to the industrial sector preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including strong SQL and Python (or R). Fluency with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent) and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with finance and investment analysis principles as applied to commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure and analytical output that power the National Industrial platform.
• Design, build, and maintain the core datasets that support Investor and Occupier business development and executive decision making.
• Develop self-service dashboards for agency IPS pursuits and executive leadership decision making.
• Identify AI-enabled solutions to replace repetitive analytical work and scale workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional analyses and present insights to leadership.
